HMD has plans to acquire/develop office buildings for TYAD Media Corp, in at least ten (10) US cities, including Glendale/Los Angeles; NYC; Las Vegas; Austin; Nashville; Detroit; Chicago, and Atlanta.

HMD's goal is to be involved in numerous industrial projects across the domestically and internationally.
