Rodney Ross has an extensive background in business, accounting, taxation, and finance. In 1984 he opened his accounting firm, Ross & Associates, which today serves over 700 clients in various areas of accounting and taxation. Inspired by a passion for developing comprehensive business plans and watching those ventures flourish, Ross purchased two declining restaurants, in 1985, and brought them back to profitability within six month of purchasing them. Additionally, in 1991 he purchased a full service vending company with 17 accounts and sales of $200,000.00 annually. Within two short years Rodney grew the business to over 60 accounts with sales of over 800,000.00 annually, all the while maintaining his accounting and tax firm, Ross & Associates.
Ross' involvement with HMD provides the CEO, and all company executives, sound financial
based provided by the accounting department.

Shea Chambers, President of Interior Design, Senior Vice President & Director of the Board
Shea Chambers has extensive entertainment industry experience and a distinctive business perspective, which she brings to the table as the president of interior design for HMD, along with being the group's senior vice president and board director. Chambers has worked both in front and behind the camera on numerous TV shows including, 90210, Melrose Place, Roswell, Arrested Development, The Arsenio Hall Show, Entertainment Tonight, Inside Edition, Showtime, Dharma & Greg, and 7th Heaven. Shea's hands-on experience with movie and television set designs, along with building a team of like-minded interior designers, will provide all of HMD's properties with the signature look to stand out from the crowd.
Through her position as the Director of the Advisory Board, Chambers arranges and formally presides over
meetings, introducing topics up for discussion and new agenda items. She also manages internal memos and communications as it relates to the board. Because
of her strong interpersonal and networking skills, she also works to develop and maintain relationships with businesses and other entities, which may have an
interest in HMD's business affairs.

Pamela Dansby-De Catur, Lead General Counsel
Pamela Dansby-De Catur, lead counsel for HMD, has a wealth of experience in corporate and entertainment law. In her impressive career, she has earned thirteen years trial experience handling complex, high-stakes cases.
An entrepreneurial
spirit, she started her own successful firm in 2005, serving individual and corporate clients in business litigation and corporate-level transactions,
including facilitation of multi-million dollar mergers, successfully defending suits instituted by the U.S. Trade Commission, and resolving contract disputes.
Dansby-De Catur is familiar with the legal aspects of running a corporation, and therefore is extremely valuable to HMD.

Glenn Chambers, President of Construction
In his 30+ years in the construction field, Glenn Chambers has played a major role in the residential and commercial areas. Like most people in the trades, Chambers worked his way up through the ranks. He started out building sheds, then to drywall, then to framing, etc. And as he learned more and more, doors were opened to new opportunities, and with that, more knowledge. Glenn has built luxury homes and country clubs, along with working on projects as large as sports arenas, movie theaters, and warehouses.
As a leader, Chambers
has been responsible for crews of 40+, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, along with product delivery and shipping. Glenn’s vast experience in
construction and manufacturing is key in developing signatures properties for HMD..
